The Times Hostel – Camden Street

Ashfield Hostel – D’Olier Street

Distance from RCSI: Ashfield Hostel is roughly an 11 minute walk from RCSI

Ashfield House is in the very centre of Dublin, between Trinity College and O’Connell Street.

Visitors have said this ‘excellent location’ makes the hostel a ‘very handy little place to crash after a busy day’.

This ‘perfect home away from home’ has ‘friendly and helpful’ staff who ‘go out of their way’ to help, plus free luggage storage, a ‘delicious and filling’ breakfast and an ”eat me I’m free’ cabinet’ in the kitchen. This hostel also provides daily walking tours of Dublin.

Harrington Hostel – Harrington Street

Distance from RCSI: Harrington House Hostel is either a 12 minute walk from RCSI or else a 7 minute Luas journey on the GREEN line! (Walk to Harcourt Street Station and get off at the St. Stephan’s Green station.)

Harrington House Hostel a lively, warm small hostel with many years experience looking after guests.

A highly rated facility, it is a a widely approved hostel. It boasts friendly staff  who are always willing to lend a helping hand.

Isaac’s Hostel – Temple Bar

Distance from RCSI: Isaac’s Hostel is roughly a 19 minute walk away from RCSI.

Isaacs Hostel is a converted 200 year old wine store and has oodles of character.

With a really warm atmosphere and great facilities, it is recommended as the top budget place to stay in Dublin in The Lonely Planet 2012.
