• The active participation fee is €60 which includes one abstract, however, active participation + BMC proceedings is €80 which includes a €20 refundable fee if your abstract is not chosen for publication

    • Note: If your abstract is rejected, you have the option to attend as a Passive Participant (with no added charge). However, if you do not wish to attend as a Passive Participant, you will not be refunded

  • For those requiring visas to attend the conference, we will be providing visa invitation letters.

    Please note: ICHAMS is not responsible if a delegate fails to acquire an appropriate Visa in time for the conference. Visas are issued at the discretion of the government body.

  • Active Participation: €60*

  • 2 Abstracts: €75*

  • 3 Abstracts: €90*

  • *with BMC publication: + €20 for each abstract (€80, €115, €150)

  • Abstract Book Fee: €20

  • Co-Presenter Fee: €60

  • Passive Participation: €50

All fees must be paid by credit card when registration is opened. If registration fees are not paid, the abstract will be declined automatically.
