ICHAMS offers the opportunity for all delegates to be recognized for their hard work and research achievements. All submitted abstracts are reviewed by three academic judges and given a score – the top scoring abstracts are then invited for either the Plenary Session or one of numerous oral sessions. The remaining abstracts will be invited to present in our poster sessions. Various awards are available to win in each of these categories.
PLENARY SESSION
The top four (4) submitted abstracts will be invited to present at our Plenary Session. These presentations will be held in the main ICHAMS lecture hall and will be delivered to the ICHAMS Jury and all conference attendees.
ORAL SESSIONS
The top 24 submitted abstracts (excluding those invited for the Plenary Session) will be invited to present their research during our numerous oral sessions. These will be held in small tutorial rooms allowing for a more interactive experience for the presenters and audience.
POSTER SESSIONS
All remaining abstracts will be invited to present their research in the form of a poster in our main conference room. Students will make a short presentation in front of a small audience, and answer questions from students and judges.
