Annual International Medical Students (AIMS) Meeting

AIMS Meeting [Annual International (bio)Medical Students Meeting] is the largest biomedical conference in Europe organized entirely by medical students, gathering each year over a thousand participants from all the world.

It is held annually in Lisboa, Portugal and is advocated by the Faculty of Medicine of the Lisbon Students’ Local Committee.

AIMS Meeting highlights the importance of medical education for all students of health sciences through a diverse approach and is a platform to build bridges between biomedical students around the world.

International Congress of Medical Sciences (ICMS)

ICMS – International Congress of Medical Sciences is an international event that welcomes more than 500 participants every year.

The congress gives the opportunity to students and young doctors from all over the world to present their research work in a set of Preclinical sciences, Internal medicine, Surgery and Public Health poster and oral sessions. We aim to inspire innovation and promote academic quality through an outstanding list of hands-on workshops and keynote lectures by world-renowned scientists and doctors.

SKY Meeting

SKY Meeting is a congress subordinated to the theme of Minimal Invasive Surgery.

With the future always in mind, it aims to bring together the irreverence of the youth and the knowledge of the experts, ultimately enriching and revolutionizing the surgical sphere throughout several generations.

The participants, consisting in medical students, interns, residents, young specialists and open-minded seniors will have the opportunity to take part in lectures given by prestigious and experienced surgeons and to engage in parallel sessions and workshops with a more practical content. Subsequently, this congress will enable its participants to contact with pioneering developments in Minimal Invasive Surgery techniques and also to clarify their questions and leave their suggestions about this field.

International Student Conference of Health and Social Sciences (RSU/ISC)

The RSU International Student Conference in “Health and Social Sciences” is an annual event and for the ninth year, it has reached international status by gathering more than 2000 participants from 25 different countries. Our goal is to provide a welcoming and objective platform for students to promote their scientific work and for researchers and great minds to meet in one place to exchange ideas and experiences. By gathering participants from all over the world and providing an opportunity to present their research work in both health and social sciences, we hope to be a significant step in the unique and fascinating path of science for our colleagues.

This conference will take place on-site on the 21st and 22nd of March in Riga, Latvia, allowing participants to contribute their research and broaden their network by attending sections, workshops, lectures, and tours in person.

AMSC

The Antwerp Medical Students' Congress (AMSC) is an international event held annually in mid-September in Antwerp, Belgium. The congress has a rich history dating back to its first edition in 2007, and is perfect for all students in the (para)medical field (medicine, pharmacy, dentistry, biomedical sciences and nursing) to share their knowledge with other students from across the world. At AMSC, you can take part in oral presentations, poster presentations, keynote lectures, hands-on workshops and social activities. IMSSC

Student Science Research Club (SSRC) is honoured to present the 27th International Medical Sciences Student Congress (IMSSC) which will be the last edition of IMSSCs that are being held biennially.

We are proud to mention that in 1987, we organized the first international student congress in the world on Medical Sciences.

Since then, SSRC  and our faculty, Istanbul University, Faculty of Medicine continue to provide a respectable platform to students around the world for scientific discussions, cultural exchange, and networking.

IMSCB

IMSCB is the biggest medical student’s congress in Romania, with over 25 years of activity, celebrating 7 years since it became an international event. It is organized by the Medical Students’ Society of Bucharest (SSMB), under the patronage of Carol Davila University School of medicine and Pharmacy in Bucharest.

The Congress will take place from the 6th of December to the 10th of December 2023, and will include events such as: workshops, conferences, keynotes, panel events and roundtables, as well as a Science Fair.

Our vision does not end with the scientific side of the Congress. That is why we promote a rich social and cultural program, which aims to encourage networking and personal development.

BRAINCOMS

Brazilian International Congress of Medical Students, is a student congress founded in 2012, entirely organized by students from Escola Paulista de Medicina for medical students from all over the world. Every year, dozens of invited congressmen and keynote speakers from around the world meet at the premises of UNIFESP (Federal University of São Paulo) to exchange information and experiences. 

 Therefore, the purpose of the Congress is to bring knowledge and experiences about health science to all participants in this enriching and fascinating event.

ICS Austria

The International Student Congress Graz is a non-profit organisation consisting of motivated students with the mission to promote national and international cooperations in order to encourage medical and scientific progress.We bring together young motivated students, scientists and academics from all different health science related fields.The aim of the ISC is to connect people from different professions, fields and cities as early as possible to exchange views, create a network and get to know each other´s way of thinking and working.

OSCON

The theme of this year's OSCON is "Precision, techniques and new challenges; Mastering Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery". , The congress will be held from April 4th to April 6th, 2024 in Osijek, on the premises of the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Architecture in Osijek, Vladimira Preloga 3, 31 000 Osijek.

The healthcare industry is one of the largest and fastest growing industries in the world and looking towards the future. Therefore, exploring new possibilities and learning new techniques are the most important qualities of every doctor. Plastic surgery is one of the branches of medicine that delights healthcare workers every coming day with new methods. It is also able to change the lives of patients. Experts in the field will tell us about new insights and challenges, as well as the most interesting cases they have encountered. Through the workshops, students will have the opportunity to master the practical skills needed in everyday medical practice.

LIMSC

The conference is fully organized by students and offers the opportunity for medical, biomedical and life sciences students worldwide to present their research, to participate in various state-of-the-art workshops, to be enlightened by prominent guest speakers and to engage in networking with fellow international students and researchers. Furthermore, anyone just interested in learning about cutting-edge research at the frontiers of science can attend the whole scientific and social programme without having to present their own research.

We also offer an extensive social programme to expand your social contacts and to get to know the beautiful city of Leiden. A Career & Internship Fair will be organized with the opportunity to get in touch with the LUMC, the Leiden Bioscience Park and other (inter)national institutions.
